Want to help others find healing and wholeness in their lives? Train to become a Thorough Format Minister through Restoring The Foundations. In Thorough Format Ministry (TFM) Training, you learn to minister to 3-4 Core Issues in a Receiver’s life. TFM training has an online component followed by supervised ministry in a Training Center or in the field. A TFM Minister is released to minister under the covering of the local church or Christian ministry organization. A TFM Minister may choose to pursue HHN Qualification by undergoing additional supervised ministry in the field while continuing with online coursework.

SEMINAR PREREQUISITES:
All attendee’s must have completed these items prior to the live event and activation:
Conduct 10 Issue-Focused Ministry Sessions (after being released as an IFM Minister)
Complete the Online the Essential Ministry Training Course
Complete the Thorough Format Observation Video Course (TFOVC)

Pastor Pauline serves diligently as an Associate Pastor where she loves serving as the Pastoral Care Pastor and Restoring The Foundations Director at Faith Life Church-Nashville, TN under Pastors Henry & Raphaela Coles, Jr. Pastor Pauline dedicated herself to being trained as a RTF Minister in Hendersonville, North Carolina in 2011 and as a RTF Trainer in 2013. She is now a Certified RTF Healing House Network Minister/ Senior Trainer/Seminar Leader/Director of Training for RTFI. Her signature statement about this ministry is, “This ministry changed my life for the rest of my life.”
