ABOUT LEE and CINDI WHITMAN:
Lee and Cindi Whitman are ordained ministers, Senior Trainers, and Directors of Restoring the Foundations, International. Their experience as pastors and Christian counselors has strengthened their capacity to listen to your heart and God’s voice as they minister the integrated approach to healing life’s problems. They have high expectations that God can work miracles in the lives of those who are desperate for change. They offer opportunities for community where you can be encouraged and receive additional teaching on applying Restoring the Foundations principles in your life.

ABOUT RYAN HALL & TEAM:
Ryan Hall was ordained with Messenger Fellowship in 2016 and later moved from California to Tennessee with his wife, Karen, and their 2 children, Lily and Ethan. Formerly the worship director at the Pasadena International House of Prayer (PIHOP) in California, he is continuing to give himself to the prayer movement as Executive Director at the Franklin Prayer House. The Halls have had the privilege of speaking and leading worship at churches across the nation and have a heart to serve pastors and leaders and to encourage the local body. Their passion is to see intimacy with Jesus increase both at the local church level and through city-wide expressions of daily worship and prayer. ABOUT JAMES LOWE:
Pastor James Lowe began his career in ministry serving under Ps. Marvin Winans in Detroit, MI. He and his wife Debbie Winans-Lowe have been serving the Nashville area since 2003 when they relocated from Detroit for James to assume the role of Director of the Youth Life Foundations of Tennessee. Every step of James’ professional career has been marked by a passion for outreach. Those steps include gang intervention programs in both Detroit and Nashville, serving in various your development and intervention roles, and partnering with organizations to break the cycle of youth delinquency and underachievement. James’ passion and compassion have compelled him to lead the charge of creating sustainable, long-term solutions by partnering with groups such as the United Way of Nashville Tennessee and developing funding criteria for the Outcomes-Based Investment Council. James joined the staff of Bethel World Outreach Church as Senior Associate Pastor in 2007 and stepped into his current role as Senior Pastor in 2012. His passion for outreach is once again evident as he leads the charge of “Reaching a City to Touch the World.” Pastor James has a B.S. in Social Work from Eastern Michigan University. He married Debbie Winans-Lowe in 1995 and they, along with their three amazing sons, live in Nashville, TN.

ABOUT MICHAEL STEPHENS:
Michael Stephens, the Teaching Pastor of New Tribe Church in Mount Juliet, TN, has years of experience exercising the gift of prophesy. He daily works to encourage and build up the body of Christ.

ABOUT JAROD SMITH:
Jarod Smith is the Lead Pastor of New Tribe Church in Mount Juliet, TN. A gifted communicator, he also has a passion for the gifts of the Spirit and the presence of the Lord in worship.

ABOUT LEE WHITMAN:
Lee was a Pastor for 6 years and then became a part of a Christian Counseling ministry. During the 18 years as a Christian Counselor he began to see a frustrating pattern. People would come to counseling and receive wonderful ministry and leave free from the struggle for which they came. Then 2, 3, 4 years later they would return needing help with a similar issue. He began crying out to God for answers as to why these sincere Christians could not keep their freedom. God answered his prayer by leading him (and Cindi) to Restoring the Foundations. Lee is an excellent communicator.  He is relational, funny, authentic and vulnerable.  People are drawn to Lee as a person and as a leader.  He brings life wherever he goes. 

ABOUT WALTER COWART:

WALTER and IDA COWART are ordained ministers and Senior Trainers with Restoring the Foundations. Walter, who was trained by Bill Hamon and Christian International, has a special ability to activate spiritual gifts within believers’ hearts and to build their confidence to use these gifts. His trainings are active, participatory, and fun!

ABOUT BRUCE KOTILA:

BRUCE and BARB KOTILA are Trainers for Restoring the Foundations. For the past four years, Bruce, an ordained Lutheran minister, has been trained and mentored by Walter. At the beginning of this year, he began to train and activate groups to use their spiritual gifts.

ABOUT CHESTER and BETSY KYLSTRA:

In 1990, Chester and Betsy Kylstra entered full-time ministry and established Restoring the Foundations Ministry. God has continued to grow their vision around the world and Restoring the Foundations is an international non-profit ministry. This favor moved their hearts to pursue healing in the lives of God’s children. In addition to personally touching the lives of many through ministry, Chester and Betsy Kylstra have extended their touch to empower local churches to bring healing to their community.

Their background uniquely prepared them for founding Restoring the Foundations International. From their own brokenness, the Kylstra’s lived through and experienced the healing and restoration of a loving God. Chester’s professional experiences in aerospace, and Betsy’s in the mental health profession, led them to teach at colleges and universities. When the time was right, God began using them to share what they learned and experienced with those around them. God used these experiences to grow them personally and ultimately to grow Restoring the Foundations, International (RTF).

In 2015, Chester and Betsy, with the direction of the Lord, passed the baton of leadership to Lee and Cindi Whitman as their successors of RTF. Chester and Betsy are now focusing on the leadership development of Transforming Your Business which applies the revelation of RTF to a business or organization. As God began to show them patterns and principles to bring freedom and healing to themselves, they naturally shared their hearts with friends, and the body of Christ. In 2018, God led the Whitman’s, through 13 prophetic words, to move the headquarters of Restoring the Foundations from North Carolina to the Nashville, Tennessee area. RTF continues to grow and expand worldwide under the leadership of the Whitman’s. What a wonderful beginning.
