We have been married since 1998. After experiencing loss in our previous marriages, Jan’s through death and Warren’s through a divorce, our Father has blessed us with this second chance. We love doing life together as best friends and ministry partners. When not serving as Freedom Pastors in our local church, we lead an active lifestyle that includes tennis, kayaking, biking, hiking, and skiing. We also love quiet walks on the beautiful beaches of Southwest Florida. One of our favorite activities is traveling to visit our four daughters and families, especially our six grandchildren. We live our entire lives as a JWJ (Jesus, Warren & Jan) adventure.
Our Connection to Restoring The Foundations
We have ministered freedom to God’s children for over 20 years, having been trained in several models of soul and spirit healing. After “retiring” to Florida, we began freedom ministry at our local church. We first heard about RTF on the tennis court while playing with church friends from Texas, and after seeing the fruits of this ministry in the lives of a couple, we recognized RTF brought a level of freedom and healing beyond anything we had seen. We knew then that our next steps were to receive ministry ourselves and be trained to minister to others. The ministry we received strengthened an already great marriage, and our training has enabled us to minister that same restoration to others in many walks of life.
Having served as lead pastors ourselves, we can empathize with the hurts suffered by other pastors and leaders in their service to His Church. We find great fulfillment in seeing the Holy Spirit gently heal those hurts and restore the joy of ministry in those we lead through RTF. We are especially passionate about seeing marriages restored as couples experience the healing and freedom brought into their lives and marriages through RTF. We recently acquired our “Jesus home” for the expressed purpose of providing a safe, welcoming environment for ministry, but we also love to travel and welcome the opportunity to minister anywhere in the world.
